Here’s some frequently asked questions to help you with your purchase.

Are your products bird safe?

Yes, all of our products have been carfeully selected to ensure they are safe for your feathered friend.

Can I make my own accessory package?

Absolutely, If you are purchasing a minimum of 5 bird toys (not including foot toys), we will look to put this in a package for you. So you will simply need to email us before proceeding through the checkout so we can adjust your price.

Who do you deliver your products with?

During checkout you will be quoted for Australia Post. You can choose between standard postage or express post.

The bird nest will pack and post your purchase within 3 business days of receiving cleared funds.

What is your returns policy?

We strive to provide our customers with good quality products. However there may be an occasion where you may require an exchange or refund.

The bird nest will issue a refund to its customers in the following situations:

The item/s sold to you is defective through no fault of your own;
The item/s are not fit for the purpose as described to you by the bird nest; and
The item does not match the description given by the bird nest.

In the unlikely event that any of the above occur, simply contact us to help get your refund underway. You will need to contact us within a reasonable timeframe of discovering the defect in order to receive a refund. This should be within 7 days of receiving your products.

If the item is faulty, the bird nest can decide to have the item repaired in place of a refund. However if you prefer you can also exchange or receive store credit.

Refunds will not be given if you change your mind, so please choose your items carefully.
